Business Development Representative with experience in IT services and products development industry.
In his role, he will work closely with the management team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and will play a vital role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends

Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, industry events, and online research

Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and proposals

Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and products and its value proposition.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome and a strong foundation for long-term partnerships
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to the management team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management preferably to be within the IT industry
- Knowledge of the IT industry, including key players, technologies, and customer needs
- Understanding of business development principles, strategies, and best practices
- Experience in sales processes, lead generation, and pipeline management
- Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with potential clients and presenting solutions effectively
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities
- Proficiency in using technology tools for market research, lead generation, and sales reporting
- Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is a must
